studio Rental for Video & Photography

Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time. As our bookings are back-to-back, we kindly request that you incorporate all set-up and tear-down time into your reserved studio hours.

Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Please be mindful to wait outside until your studio time has begun.

Any client that goes past the end time that was booked online will be charged for an additional hour. Please be mindful of the timeslot reserved, as it will delay all bookings for that day. We run on a hourly schedule, and need time in between to prepare for the next client.

If more time is needed we will be happy to extend, if the time is available at the regular studio rate.

A minimum of 2 hours is required to book. Clients who need less than 2 hours can book with us but will still be required to pay the rate of 2 hours.

We can not refund or credit if you finish early.

As our bookings are back-to-back, we kindly request that you are punctual to your session. Please make sure crew/guests are aware of the importance of being on time.

If you are late, time will not be pushed back and you will not be able to move your scheduled start time.

If you need more time, you may request an additional hour at the regular rate and will need to be approved by Staff.

All sales are final. No refunds. May request to reschedule 4 days before appointment. Can only reschedule 1 time and must be within the same month. $50 Fee may apply if you do not reschedule within the same month.

Please keep in mind that when you book studio time, the entire studio is reserved for only your session. That does not allow for anyone else to book. Make sure your crew/guests are aware of the importance of being present and on time.

As of July 2022, we no longer allow cars inside the studio.

Although we LOVE animals, Pets are not allowed inside the studio.
