  • What is Included in the Rental?

  • Can I Arrive Early To Set Up / Can I Stay Later?
    Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time. As our bookings are back-to-back, we kindly request that you incorporate all set-up and tear-down time into your reserved studio hours. Your booking time is when you will be given access inside. Please be mindful to wait outside until your studio time has begun. Any client that goes past the end time that was booked online will be charged for an additional hour. Please be mindful of the timeslot reserved, as it will delay all bookings for that day. We run on a hourly schedule, and need time in between to prepare for the next client. If more time is needed we will be happy to extend, if the time is available at the regular studio rate.
  • What If I Finish Early?
    Unfortunately, we can not refund or credit if you finish early. A minimum of 3 hours is required to book. Clients who need less than 3 hours can book with us but will still be required to pay the rate of 3 hours.
  • What If I Arrive Late?
    As our bookings are back-to-back, we kindly request that you are punctual to your session. Please make sure crew is aware of the importance of being on time. If you are late, time will not be pushed back and you will not be able to move your scheduled start time. If you need more time, you may request an additional hour at the regular rate and will need to be approved by Staff.
  • Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Booking?
    All sales are final. No refunds. May request to reschedule 4 days before appointment. Can only reschedule 1 time and must be within the same month. $50 Fee may apply if you do not reschedule within the same month. Please keep in mind that when you book studio time, the entire studio is reserved for only your session. That does not allow for anyone else to book. Make sure your crew is aware of the importance of being present and on time.
  • How Many Guests Are Allowed In The Space?
    STUDIO A: Our maximum capacity for photography and filming sessions is 15. Please note, the cleaning fee applies for sessions with 10 or more guests. STUDIO B: CONTENT ROOM: Max capacity is 4. (Strict limit)
  • What Items Are Restricted In The Studio?
    If anyone is found violating our policies and/or being rude to staff members, we reserve the right to end the session and NO refunds/credit. Open flames or equipment that produces high heat. This includes cigarettes, smoke bombs or any type of fireworks or candles. Champagne or bottles that will be used to be sprayed inside the studio. NO alcohol allowed inside studio No paint, Powdered Paint, Chalk or any other flour-like substance. These types of materials get stuck inside our equipment and cause internal damage over time. No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee. NO ONE is allowed to be in the sets "hanging out" unless filming inside. No food or drinks allowed inside studio. No nudity.
  • Do You Charge a Cleaning Fee?
    $50 cleaning fee may apply for an excessively dirty studio (includes glitter/confetti). Please see our rental terms for more info. Cleaning fee is charged for bookings with 10 or more guests. Any equipment that is lost, stolen or damaged during your session, will be charged in the full amount. The person who booked the studio (name that appears on file) is liable for anything that occurs inside the studio during your scheduled booking time.
  • Are Pets Allowed?
    Although we LOVE animals, Pets are not allowed inside the studio.
  • Can I Bring a Car Into The Studio?
    As of July 2022, we no longer allow cars inside the studio.
  • Can You Assist My Production?
    Yes, we have full production capabilities both for photography and video needs as well as editing. Please contact us with a detailed description regarding the full needs of your production in order to receive pricing options.
  • How Do I Book Services with MFH?
    Please go to our contact page and request a quote from us. Tell us about your event and which services you need (Ex. Family Photoshoot, Music Video, Event Recap, Wedding, etc.) We provide both photography and video services. We will send you a quote and you must approve quote to move forward with booking.
  • Do You Travel?
    We provide service for the Miami-Dade and Broward area, no travel fees. For Domestic and International, contact us for more details.
  • Is A Deposit Required?
    Yes, 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and time. The remaining balance is due the day of. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • How Can I Pay?
    We accept all major credit card/debit cards, Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, and Apple Pay. There is a 3.5% surcharge added to any online transactions or debit/credit payments, Paypal, and/or Cashapp. There is no surcharge if you are paying via Cash, or Zelle.
  • Do You Provide Hair And Makeup?
    Hair and make up is not included in our prices, but we do have an in-house make-up artist and hair stylist who we can recommend and set you up with.
  • How Long After The Session Will I Receive My Images and/or Video?
    We deliver final products between 1 to 3 weeks after your session. However, we know just how excited you are to see them and how excited we are to share them, so we try our best to get the final product to you ASAP! Sometimes it can take longer than the 3 weeks, but we will always communicate with you if more time is needed.
  • What Happens If I'm Late?
    If you are late, your shoot will still go as planned but will end at the original scheduled end time. If more time is needed, there is an additional fee. Additional time may be given if there are no other scheduled shoots after yours. If you are late and your scheduled time has passed, you would lose your deposit and will have to reschedule. Please plan your day accordingly. Please remember that we do reserve the time and date for you and would not be able to book anyone else for that day/time.
  • Can I Bring Friends/Family To My Session?
    Guests are allowed. You are responsible for your guest including damages/clean up fee (if studio is left dirty). Regarding photoshoots, guest can not be included in the photoshoot unless it's in your package.
  • What Happens If I Need To Reschedule?
    You may reschedule if you notify us 15 days before the shoot. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit. You will have to make a new deposit to book another shoot.
