By booking with us you are agreeing to the terms.
Rental
​
This is a studio rental, no camera or photographer will be provided.
​
You will be required to set up the production space for your own needs and design and return all furniture, cables and lights when finished.
Our site rep does not assist in productions and is not responsible for setting up and/or moving lights, stands, props, etc. Site rep is there to simply overview the booking.

Bookings
All bookings are completed on our website.
​
After hours rental: before 9am and after 11pm will be charged $150/hr. If adding any time to an "After Hours" rental, Miami Film House staff MUST be notified 24 hours in advance.
​
Full day rental is considered a 10 hour booking, any additional hour is $80/hr.
​
Studio A: Max. capacity 15.
Studio B: The Content Room: Max. capacity 4
Rental Time
Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time. Please consider the time needed for set-up and clean up when booking. If you need more time to set up, you need to book an additional hour.
Your booking start time is when you will be given access inside. Do not arrive earlier than your booking time.

Any client that goes past the original end time of their booking will be charged for an additional hour.
Ex: A booking from 3pm - 6pm / You must be packed up and off the property at 6pm to avoid being billed an extra hour.
If you finish early, there are NO refunds or credits. If you start late, time will not be pushed back. If you need more time, you may request an additional hour and will need to be approved by Staff.

Cancellation Policy
​
All sales are final. No refunds. May request to reschedule 4 days before appointment. Can only reschedule 1 time and must be within the same month. $50 Fee may apply if you do not reschedule within the same month.

Cleaning Fee
​
Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. The equipment must be arranged to the approximate previous positions., that includes lights, cables, props., and/or furniture. If the studio requires additional cleaning after Client’s session, or there are any hard-to-clean material (e.g. glitter, oils, spills, confetti, make up, etc) left anywhere in the studio after Client’s session, Client will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.

Sessions with 10 or more guests will be charged the cleaning fee.
​
Please note that we will always provide a clean space. Please be sure to remove all trash from building and place it in trash bin provided.
Damages
​
The client shall be solely responsible for any damage to property, props, and equipment that occurs during the time Client or party occupies the premises. Damage deposits will be held until repair can be made. If the damage exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, Client agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Client Agrees to pay for damage to the premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, or painted surfaces, etc.

Restricted Items
​
If anyone is found violating our policies and/or being rude to staff members, we reserve the right to end the session and NO refunds/credit.

No food or drinks allowed inside (water is allowed)

No Open flames or equipment that produces high heat. This includes cigarettes, smoke bombs or any type of fireworks or candles.

No Champagne or bottles that will be used to be sprayed inside the studio. NO alcohol allowed inside studio

No paint, Powdered Paint, Chalk or any other flour-like substance. These types of materials get stuck inside our equipment and cause internal damage over time.

No Guns or live weapons of any kind, (prop guns are okay if first shown to our site rep) — Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee.

No nudity

No smoking allowed inside - Failing to comply is an instant non-negotiable $250 fee.

NO ONE is allowed to be in the sets "hanging out" unless filming inside.
Terms of Use
Terms of Use.
Use of Miami Film House and Equipment, owned by Miami Film House, is AT CLIENT'S OWN RISK. Client hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and/or loss while on our premises. Client agrees to leave the studio, equipment and adjacent grounds in the same condition, as they were when Client arrived. Client is solely responsible for any legal infractions Client or members of Client’s party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere. This includes parking tickets, all other violation or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the shoot, taken at whatever time. Client agrees to hold harmless Miami Film House, its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on Miami Film House behalf for any loss, accident or injury to Client’s self or anyone who accompanies renter while on our premises.
Client understands that if Miami Film House observes dangerous or negligent practices or activities that are being engaged in by the Client and/or the Client's party, Miami Film House reserves the right to stop the shoot and require Client and Client's party to leave immediately – HOWEVER, Studio assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. Client agrees to hold Miami Film House, its agents, representatives, and anyone acting on behalf of Miami Film House completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from Client's conduct. Client is solely responsible for verifying that all persons employed by Client during Client’s rental period with Miami Film House are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. Miami Film House has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the Client's activities but reserves the right to end those activities if it becomes aware that legal age violations are on going. Client agrees that at least one (1) Miami Film House representative will be present in the studio at all times, while Client is using it.
Miami Film House is not responsible for any personal items left behind in the studio by the Client or Client’s party. If items are left without notice, it will be disposed of at the end of the Client’s booking.
